  球磨(mo)機(ji)(ji)廣泛應(ying)用于建材、化工(gong)、冶(ye)金、礦山等(deng)行業的(de)粉磨(mo)作業中,老(lao)式(shi)(shi)磨(mo)機(ji)(ji)的(de)主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)都(dou)采用滑(hua)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(巴(ba)氏合金瓦(wa)),20世紀80年代部分磨(mo)機(ji)(ji)也有選用動(dong)靜(jing)壓(ya)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(即巴(ba)氏合金瓦(wa)配套高壓(ya)稀油(you)(you)啟動(dong),低壓(ya)稀油(you)(you)工(gong)作)。,理論(lun)和實(shi)踐證(zheng)明,滑(hua)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)摩(mo)擦系數在(zai)0.04左右,每臺磨(mo)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)正(zheng)常轉(zhuan)動(dong)時(shi)需要克(ke)服(fu)滑(hua)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)較大的(de)摩(mo)擦阻(zu)力矩(ju),其消耗的(de)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)功率(lv)占配套電(dian)機(ji)(ji)功率(lv)的(de)7%~12%左右,功率(lv)消耗大。20世紀90年代初,遼寧北票(piao)市理想機(ji)(ji)械有限公司董事長李憲章同志帶領(ling)本公司技術人員著手研究采用滾動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)代替老(lao)式(shi)(shi)磨(mo)機(ji)(ji)滑(hua)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。

  最初選用(yong)(yong)(yong)在滾動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)規(gui)格(ge)型(xing)號時(shi)(shi)(shi)遇到(dao)了很多(duo)困難(nan),也(ye)走了很多(duo)彎路。因為當時(shi)(shi)(shi)國(guo)內(nei)生產軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)廠家,還沒有(you)研究出磨(mo)機專用(yong)(yong)(yong)滾動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),只能采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)現(xian)有(you)規(gui)格(ge)型(xing)號的(de)(de)標(biao)準軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)標(biao)準軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)于(yu)球磨(mo)機的(de)(de)主軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)上(shang)有(you)許(xu)多(duo)不能克服的(de)(de)缺(que)點:①如(ru)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)雙(shuang)列調(diao)心(xin)國(guo)標(biao)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)規(gui)格(ge)大(da),造(zao)價(jia)高,安裝困難(nan)。由于(yu)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)幅高大(da),潤(run)滑(hua)油不能及(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)潤(run)滑(hua)到(dao)滾動(dong)(dong)(dong)體的(de)(de)全(quan)部(bu)表面(mian),會(hui)出現(xian)潤(run)滑(hua)不良(liang)、摩擦系(xi)數(shu)增大(da)等問(wen)題,軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命會(hui)受(shou)到(dao)影響。②采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)雙(shuang)列調(diao)心(xin)外球面(mian)滾動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)時(shi)(shi)(shi),軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)重量(liang)大(da),造(zao)價(jia)高,且磨(mo)機同(tong)心(xin)度不好,滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)調(diao)心(xin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)消耗的(de)(de)電機功率大(da)。③選用(yong)(yong)(yong)缺(que)圓柱滾子軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)時(shi)(shi)(shi),需配(pei)置球面(mian)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo),加(jia)工部(bu)件復雜,成本高。④選用(yong)(yong)(yong)調(diao)心(xin)球軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)時(shi)(shi)(shi),承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)載能力小,造(zao)價(jia)高。⑤采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)內(nei)錐孔軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)時(shi)(shi)(shi),軸(zhou)(zhou)向定位(wei)困難(nan),加(jia)工難(nan)度大(da)。上(shang)述這些軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)有(you)一個共同(tong)的(de)(de)缺(que)點,就(jiu)是維(wei)護檢修不夠方便。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)上(shang)述滾動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)之(zhi)后,在技(ji)術(shu)上(shang)比(bi)滑(hua)動(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(巴氏(shi)合金瓦)有(you)較大(da)的(de)(de)進步,但效果仍不十分理想。

  到(dao)20世(shi)紀90年代(dai)初,遼寧(ning)北票市理(li)想(xiang)節能(neng)(neng)工程有限公司(si)理(li)想(xiang)粉(fen)磨(mo)技術(shu)(shu)研(yan)究(jiu)所、粉(fen)磨(mo)試驗(yan)站,經過近十(shi)年的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)、試驗(yan)和多年的(de)用戶(hu)使用表(biao)明,球(qiu)磨(mo)機主軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)采用滾動軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)取(qu)代(dai)滑動軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)較為(wei)理(li)想(xiang)的(de)新(xin)技術(shu)(shu),管磨(mo)機主軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)采用滾動軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)早在19世(shi)紀初就已(yi)經開(kai)始逐漸應(ying)(ying)用,當時應(ying)(ying)用的(de)空間很小、發展很慢,主要原因(yin)是(shi)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)結構形狀及造價不適應(ying)(ying)。比(bi)如第(di)(di)一(yi)階段(duan)使用的(de)滾動軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)短圓柱滾動軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),采用這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)需要繼(ji)續使用下(xia)部(bu)球(qiu)面座解決(jue)調(diao)心問題,這(zhe)樣,制造和加工都比(bi)較麻煩。在第(di)(di)二階段(duan)的(de)設(she)計時采用了(le)(le)短圓柱軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)外套圈為(wei)球(qiu)面體形狀,雖然減去了(le)(le)下(xia)部(bu)球(qiu)面座,但是(shi)仍然是(shi)滑動形式(shi)的(de)調(diao)心,調(diao)心阻(zu)力偏大,不夠理(li)想(xiang)。進入(ru)第(di)(di)三(san)階段(duan)是(shi)采用雙(shuang)列調(diao)心滾動軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)調(diao)心功能(neng)(neng)好、阻(zu)力小,但也存在著一(yi)定的(de)缺點。由于軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)規格大、輪幅寬(kuan),潤滑比(bi)較困難(nan),定期檢修、清洗軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)不方便,軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)組件(jian)有一(yi)件(jian)損壞就需要更換整套軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。為(wei)了(le)(le)解決(jue)上(shang)述三(san)種(zhong)(zhong)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)存在的(de)諸多缺點,使其達到(dao)造價低(di)且又實用之目(mu)的(de),一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)LMGU下(xia)半環外套圈雙(shuang)列調(diao)心滾動軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)誕生了(le)(le)。

  二、LMGU磨機滾動軸承的特點

  (1)球(qiu)磨(mo)機在(zai)運(yun)(yun)行時(shi),主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)受的(de)(de)(de)力(li)是向下的(de)(de)(de),也(ye)(ye)有較(jiao)小的(de)(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向和側向力(li),沒(mei)有向上的(de)(de)(de)力(li)。標準調心滾動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)、短圓柱滾動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)等都是能(neng)夠承(cheng)(cheng)受圓周(zhou)各位置徑向力(li)的(de)(de)(de)。用(yong)在(zai)磨(mo)機的(de)(de)(de)主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)上時(shi),只是外圈(quan)的(de)(de)(de)下半(ban)周(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)受力(li)的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong),上半(ban)周(zhou)處于(yu)閑置狀態(tai)。運(yun)(yun)行一(yi)段時(shi)間后,整(zheng)個(ge)外套(tao)(tao)圈(quan)會(hui)出現(xian)偏磨(mo)現(xian)象。雖然可以經常調換外套(tao)(tao)圈(quan)圓周(zhou)方向位置,但是需要停車、停產(chan)才能(neng)操作。另外,較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)拆(chai)裝也(ye)(ye)比較(jiao)困難。這種新型U型軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)體(ti),解決了上述(shu)存在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)問題(ti)。它經過優(you)化設計和制(zhi)造(zao)加工,將軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)外套(tao)(tao)圈(quan)制(zhi)成下半(ban)環結(jie)構形狀,放(fang)置在(zai)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)盒內(nei),其整(zheng)體(ti)結(jie)構上有足夠的(de)(de)(de)動(dong)負荷能(neng)力(li),通過軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)和軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)之間的(de)(de)(de)結(jie)構互補,達到滾動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)較(jiao)小的(de)(de)(de)耗材,同時(shi)也(ye)(ye)簡化了加工工藝和縮短了生產(chan)周(zhou)期,使整(zheng)個(ge)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)造(zao)價降低。

  (2)球磨機(ji)(ji)滾動軸承外形尺寸隨磨機(ji)(ji)規格(ge)的(de)大小、動負荷的(de)輕(qing)重而確定(ding),更(geng)適合球磨機(ji)(ji)的(de)使(shi)用要求,而且制造成(cheng)本大大降低,經濟適用性更(geng)強。

  (3)實現(xian)良好(hao)潤(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),延(yan)長(chang)(chang)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)使(shi)用壽命(ming)。采(cai)用國(guo)標雙(shuang)列調心(xin)滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)時(shi)(shi),直徑和幅高都(dou)比較大,潤(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)油(you)進入滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)(dong)體中心(xin)時(shi)(shi)距離長(chang)(chang)、時(shi)(shi)間(jian)慢,如果軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)盒內的(de)油(you)量(liang)達(da)不(bu)到(dao)2/3以上(shang)時(shi)(shi),形不(bu)成油(you)壓,就(jiu)會出現(xian)缺油(you)潤(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)不(bu)良的(de)現(xian)象。為此(ci)雖(sui)然采(cai)用了滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng),但是(shi)由(you)于潤(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)不(bu)良,軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)摩擦系數仍(reng)然很(hen)大,起(qi)不(bu)到(dao)降低軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)摩擦阻力(li)矩的(de)作(zuo)用,也就(jiu)起(qi)不(bu)到(dao)節電(dian)的(de)作(zuo)用。采(cai)用新(xin)研制的(de)LMGU滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)之后,滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)(dong)體的(de)上(shang)半圈外露,能夠使(shi)潤(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)油(you)直接與滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)(dong)體接觸,潤(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)油(you)在軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)盒內只要超過50%油(you)位,即可形成良好(hao)潤(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),達(da)到(dao)節電(dian)和延(yan)長(chang)(chang)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)使(shi)用壽命(ming)的(de)良好(hao)效果。

  (4)年(nian)末(mo)檢修、清洗軸承(cheng)(cheng)非常方便。因為軸承(cheng)(cheng)的(de)滾(gun)動體和(he)保持(chi)(chi)架上(shang)半圈(quan)全(quan)(quan)部外(wai)(wai)露(lu),廢油(you)和(he)雜物都(dou)容易(yi)清洗干凈。而國標軸承(cheng)(cheng),整體外(wai)(wai)套圈(quan)移動量(liang)小,滾(gun)動體和(he)保持(chi)(chi)架不能(neng)(neng)全(quan)(quan)部外(wai)(wai)露(lu),因此不可能(neng)(neng)將全(quan)(quan)部的(de)廢油(you)和(he)雜物清洗干凈,會影響以后作用(yong)。

  (5)LMGU滾動軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)由(you)內圈、外圈、保持(chi)架和滾動體四大部件組成,可以隨時更換每個部件,避免了(le)老(lao)式軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)每壞一個部件,就要(yao)更換整套軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)缺點。為(wei)了(le)使這(zhe)種軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)向(xiang)系列(lie)化、標準(zhun)(zhun)化方向(xiang)發展,我公司(si)承(cheng)擔(dan)了(le)中華人民(min)共(gong)和國(guo)建材行業(ye)標準(zhun)(zhun)《水(shui)泥工業(ye)用(yong)軸(zhou)(zhou)瓦(軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng))》的(de)起草工作,通過了(le)行業(ye)內專家的(de)審議,經(jing)中華人民(min)共(gong)和國(guo)國(guo)家發展和改(gai)革委員會批(pi)準(zhun)(zhun)于2006年12月1日開始(shi)頒布實施。

  (6)降(jiang)低工作電流(liu)。選(xuan)擇合理的(de)滾(gun)動軸承(cheng)應用于磨(mo)機(ji)上,其轉動時(shi)產生(sheng)的(de)摩擦系數只為0.0025,是滑動軸承(cheng)的(de)1/16。通過(guo)計(ji)算和使用實例(li),磨(mo)機(ji)轉動時(shi)滾(gun)動軸承(cheng)消耗的(de)電機(ji)功率只占配套(tao)電機(ji)功率的(de)0.5%~1%,這樣就會降(jiang)低正常工作電耗,實現節省電費支(zhi)出(chu)、降(jiang)低生(sheng)產成本、提高企業(ye)經濟效益的(de)目標。

  (7)降低啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)。由于滑動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)的摩擦阻力大(da),在啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)時軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)之(zhi)間相摩擦以(yi)加速(su)度(du)原(yuan)理達到固(gu)定轉數時為止,電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)要克服很大(da)的摩擦阻力矩,一般啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)是(shi)工作(zuo)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的5~6倍(bei)之(zhi)多。采用滾(gun)動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)之(zhi)后,啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)只(zhi)是(shi)工作(zuo)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的2倍(bei)左右,老式磨機(ji)正常工作(zuo)時的電(dian)機(ji)富余(yu)功率(lv)較大(da)的原(yuan)因就是(shi)因為滑動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)的原(yuan)因。主軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)改(gai)用滾(gun)動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)之(zhi)后,可以(yi)減(jian)(jian)小配套電(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)或(huo)增加磨機(ji)研磨體裝入量,既提高(gao)了電(dian)機(ji)效率(lv),減(jian)(jian)小了無用功,又可提高(gao)臺時產量。

  (8)減(jian)小潤(run)滑油(you)消(xiao)耗(hao)。滑動(dong)軸承采用稀(xi)油(you)潤(run)滑才能正常(chang)工(gong)作,由(you)于稀(xi)油(you)潤(run)滑的(de)(de)軸承盒密封(feng)不(bu)好,稀(xi)油(you)中容(rong)易混進(jin)粉塵雜物(wu),加之(zhi)軸與軸承產生的(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)使稀(xi)油(you)的(de)(de)劣變也(ye)較為嚴重,因(yin)此稀(xi)油(you)的(de)(de)消(xiao)耗(hao)和浪費現象特別嚴重。改用滾動(dong)軸承之(zhi)后,因(yin)為轉數低,承載能力(li)大(da),不(bu)產生摩擦熱源,因(yin)此改用潤(run)滑脂可(ke)(ke)以滿足要求。這(zhe)樣(yang)就可(ke)(ke)以去掉稀(xi)油(you)潤(run)滑站(zhan),節省油(you)耗(hao)80%。

  (9)減少(shao)維(wei)修量,提高運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)率。滑(hua)動軸承(cheng)(cheng)使用年限一般為1~3年,磨機主軸也會磨損,如果保養不(bu)好,有些廠家幾個月就(jiu)得換一副軸承(cheng)(cheng)。滑(hua)動軸承(cheng)(cheng)正常(chang)工作(zuo)時(shi)不(bu)允許(xu)出現缺少(shao)潤滑(hua)油、冷(leng)卻水或軸承(cheng)(cheng)溫升過高的(de)現象(xiang)發生。一旦發生就(jiu)要(yao)(yao)停機檢修,因此普遍存在(zai)(zai)運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)率低的(de)現象(xiang)。采用滾動軸承(cheng)(cheng)之后只要(yao)(yao)及時(shi)加注(zhu)少(shao)量的(de)干油,就(jiu)能正常(chang)運轉(zhuan)(zhuan),不(bu)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)專門看護(hu)磨機,且滾動軸承(cheng)(cheng)的(de)實際使用年限在(zai)(zai)8~12年,用戶可放心使用。這會減小部分維(wei)修量和停機現象(xiang),提高了(le)設備運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)率。

  (10)節(jie)約(yue)冷卻水。采用滾(gun)動軸(zhou)承(cheng)之后,濕(shi)式(shi)磨和水泥原料磨可省去軸(zhou)承(cheng)循環(huan)冷卻水裝置,不影(ying)響軸(zhou)承(cheng)使用年(nian)限;滾(gun)動軸(zhou)承(cheng)座采用干油潤滑之后,沒(mei)有油漬污染現象發生(sheng)。

  主(zhu)軸(zhou)承改(gai)造(zao)為滾動軸(zhou)承的應(ying)用(yong)

  廣(guang)(guang)西華宏(hong)水(shui)泥(ni)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)多年來一直(zhi)使用老式滑動軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)球(qiu)磨機(ji),這種(zhong)球(qiu)磨機(ji)存在著(zhu)耗電(dian)量大、油耗高(gao)、事故(gu)率高(gao)、易燒瓦、安(an)裝維(wei)修(xiu)不(bu)便(bian)、設(she)備運轉率低(di)等缺陷(xian)。隨著(zhu)水(shui)泥(ni)行(xing)業的不(bu)斷(duan)發展(zhan),如(ru)何降(jiang)低(di)粉磨電(dian)耗和生產成(cheng)本,是(shi)一個企業能否生存的根本,廣(guang)(guang)西華宏(hong)水(shui)泥(ni)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)經(jing)過多方(fang)設(she)備調研(yan)考證,了(le)解到廣(guang)(guang)西龍安(an)四合工貿有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)責任公司(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)有(you)(you)10臺球(qiu)磨機(ji)由北(bei)票市(shi)(shi)理想機(ji)械有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)進行(xing)了(le)主軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造(滑動軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)改(gai)(gai)(gai)為(wei)滾動軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)),改(gai)(gai)(gai)造后(hou)效果非(fei)常(chang)理想。于是(shi)廣(guang)(guang)西華宏(hong)水(shui)泥(ni)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)于2007年5月與(yu)北(bei)票市(shi)(shi)理想機(ji)械有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)簽(qian)訂了(le)三臺(其中φ3×11m兩臺、φ3×9m一臺)球(qiu)磨機(ji)主軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造合同(tong)。改(gai)(gai)(gai)造后(hou)相繼投入使用,運行(xing)安(an)全,節電(dian)、增產效果特別明(ming)顯(xian),帶來了(le)可觀的經(jing)濟效益,生產成(cheng)本大大降(jiang)低(di)。2008年和2009年又分別與(yu)遼寧北(bei)票理想機(ji)械有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)簽(qian)訂了(le)φ2.4×6.5m、φ3.5×10m兩臺球(qiu)磨機(ji)主軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造合同(tong)。目前(qian),廣(guang)(guang)西華宏(hong)水(shui)泥(ni)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公司(si)(si)(si)(si)(si)所(suo)有(you)(you)球(qiu)磨機(ji)都已進行(xing)了(le)主軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)改(gai)(gai)(gai)造。

  一、改造方法

  磨機改造(zao)停(ting)產(chan)時(shi)間的(de)長短,直接影響(xiang)到水泥廠的(de)經(jing)濟效益(yi)。由于廣西華宏水泥有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司要(yao)求停(ting)產(chan)時(shi)間短,北票市理想機械(xie)有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司采(cai)取(qu)了兩(liang)種方法(fa):第(di)一種方法(fa)是將磨機滑動(dong)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(巴(ba)氏合金瓦(wa))改造(zao)成(cheng)滾動(dong)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),原(yuan)磨機中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)軸(zhou)不用(yong)拆下(xia),加設(she)精(jing)密調(diao)整套的(de)方法(fa),裝(zhuang)配滾動(dong)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和(he)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)座。第(di)二種方法(fa)是改造(zao)中(zhong)(zhong)只更換(huan)原(yuan)磨機巴(ba)氏合金瓦(wa)及軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)座部(bu),中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)軸(zhou)與北票理想機械(xie)有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)軸(zhou)進行對換(huan),滾動(dong)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)提前安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)對換(huan)的(de)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)軸(zhou)上,安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)僅用(yong)了3天時(shi)間,從而縮短了安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)工(gong)期。

  二、改造效果

  1、運(yun)轉中的摩擦阻力大大降低,主要表現在:

  ①啟車容(rong)易:原(yuan)巴氏合金瓦(wa)球磨(mo)(mo)機啟動電流(liu)是(shi)工作電流(liu)的5倍(bei)(bei),改造(zao)為滾(gun)動軸承(cheng)后,啟動電流(liu)是(shi)工作電流(liu)的2倍(bei)(bei)左右,啟動電流(liu)大(da)大(da)降低(di),啟動磨(mo)(mo)機特別容(rong)易。

  ②降低了運行(xing)(xing)電流:在同等研磨體裝(zhuang)載量的情(qing)況下(xia)與原磨機相比(bi)運行(xing)(xing)電流降低10%左右。

  ③運轉靈活:在不裝研磨體的(de)情況下,用手扳動筒體上的(de)螺栓就(jiu)能將磨機扳轉,這(zhe)在以前是不可能的(de)。

  2、提高設(she)備運轉率:

  ①由于運(yun)行電(dian)流(liu)降低,避免了原來出現(xian)的燒損(sun)電(dian)機、電(dian)器、電(dian)路等現(xian)象。

  ②由于運行摩擦阻力矩減小(xiao)、減速機、磨機大小(xiao)齒輪等(deng)實際承載能力下降,設備磨損減小(xiao),延長了使用年限。

  ③去掉(diao)了(le)巴氏(shi)合金瓦潤(run)滑(hua)液壓站,減(jian)少了(le)維(wei)修(xiu)量。

  ④避免了巴氏合金瓦球磨機因斷(duan)油、斷(duan)水、瓦溫(wen)過高而出現(xian)的(de)研瓦、燒瓦等事故(gu)。主要體現(xian)在平(ping)時工人不(bu)用長時間守(shou)在磨機現(xian)場(chang),不(bu)用擔心出現(xian)缺油、斷(duan)水及瓦溫(wen)過高而造成停產(chan)的(de)現(xian)象。

  3、實(shi)現節能降耗

  (3)節電:運(yun)行電流降低10%左右(you),可(ke)以節省電機輸出功(gong)率10%左右(you)。

  (4)節油(you):安裝時(shi)(shi)在(zai)軸(zhou)承中加(jia)滿油(you),以后只需每星期定時(shi)(shi)補充即可(ke),每臺(tai)磨機年可(ke)節油(you)1.5t左右(you)。
